Gluten Free Cake Flour Blend

Recipe for Gluten Free Cake Flour Blend:

3⁄4 c. Millet flour

1 c. White Rice Flour

1⁄4 c. Sorghum Flour

2⁄3 c. Potato Starch Flour

1⁄3 C. Tapioca Starch Flour

Combine all flours in a large bowl and whisk well.  Store in a container in the fridge.
